Our proprietary Deal Pricing Analysis determines the effective price for the three major classes of assets.

 

Real Estate + Tangible Personal Property + Intangible Personal Property

 

Based on our successful completion of more than five-hundred Deal Pricing Analyses, we have recognized that,

the real estate component comprises approximately 70% of the price; the tangible personal property ranges

from 1% to 10% of the price; and the intangibles comprise the remaining 20% to 29% of the total price.*
